dr. catherine foote
Dr. Catherine Foote is a native of Ardmore, PA. Following graduation from Lower Merion High School, she dedicated ten years to higher education at the University of Pennsylvania where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, followed by a D.M.D. degree and Certificate of Orthodontics from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. She is also a certified injector of Botox and Dermal Fillers with the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE).
A third generation dentist, Dr. Foote is an active member of the local community, supporting school and community programs. She is a member of a number of local and national organizations including: American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontics, Women in Orthodontics, Academy of Stomatology, and the Main Line Dental Society.
Dr. Foote resides in Wayne with her husband Neil, daughters Elsie and Piper, and son Graysen.

Megan is our Front Desk Coordinator. Megan has been with Foote Orthodontics since 2015. She went to Philadelphia University and graduated in 2011 with a BS in Fashion Merchandising. She currently resides in Conshohocken with her husband Paul, daughter Everly, son Benjamin, and their adorable dog, Graham.

Jan is one of our highly skilled clinical assistants and Treatment Coordinator. She is a COA (Certified Orthodontic Assistant) and has RHS (Radiation Health and Safety) certification. Jan has been an orthodontic assistant, and has worked with Dr. Foote, since 1996. Jan enjoys the connection she makes with the patients and their families, especially in helping them understand and enjoy the orthodontic process. Jan has attended all Botox training courses with Dr. Foote and has a specific interest in facial balance and the aesthetics of the face and smile. She currently resides in East Norriton with her husband Barry and two beautiful girls, Anna and Julia.

Adriana is one of our highly trained orthodontic assistants. She has worked in dentistry and orthodontics since 2009. She was a dentist in her home country of Venezuela, having earned her dental degree from Santa Maria University in Caracas, Venezuela. She moved to the United States in 2014 and began working as an orthodontic assistant. She is RHS (Radiation Health and Safety) certified and speaks fluent Spanish and English. Given her advanced degree she is highly attuned to the importance of both the function and aesthetics of the bite and smile. She resides in Havertown with her husband, Andres and their daughter Manuela.

Shannon is new to the orthodontic field and is excited to meet all the patients as well as learn all the ins and outs of orthodontics. She graduated from Norristown Area High School and is currently enrolled in Montgomery County Community College. She currently resides in East Norriton with her family and her dog and cat. On the weekend she enjoys being outside and taking hikes with her family and dogs.

She has been in the orthodontic field since 2008 and has received multiple certifications from Great Lakes Orthodontic Laboratory & is RHS (Radiation Health & Safety) certified. Nicole resides in East Norriton with her husband Chris, and two dogs Hank & Mac!

Kelsey is one of our exceptionally skillful assistants. She has been a clinical orthodontic assistant since 2010 and is RHS (Radiation Health & Safety) certified. Kelsey is a graduate of Archbishop Carroll High School and currently resides in Broomall with her husband Alex and their two children Josie and Charlie.

She is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University where she received a BS in Marketing and Management. She currently resides in King of Prussia with her husband Kyle, son Beau, daughter Kelsey and dog Remy.

As the owner of Geary Medical Management, Marcia handles finance, marketing, and other business concerns for Foote Orthodontics. She has been working with Foote Orthodontics since 2009. Marcia graduated with a B.A. from Tufts University and an M.B.A. from Boston University. Outside the office, she enjoys biking and traveling with her husband Miron, and keeps busy with their blended family of six children – all at various stages of their lives! Marcia is very active in our local community. She was most recently a Board Member of Ryan’s Case for Smiles, and was previously the President of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Kosciuszko Foundation, and Chair of the Board for the West Hill School in Bryn Mawr.
