No matter your orthodontic needs, Foote Orthodontics has a treatment plan personalized t for you. Gone are the days when all that we could do to fix crooked teeth or a crowded mouth were braces. We are proud to offer several different orthodontic treatment options that can be customized to your specific needs. Every patient is different, so we work together to develop a plan that fits your specific situation. If you need an orthodontist in the Main Line, our offices in Bryn Mawr and Wayne, Pennsylvania have you covered.
Invisalign is a popular newer treatment that can readily be used as an alternative to braces. Invisalign uses clear “invisible” trays to slowly move and transform the patient’s smile. Both Dr. Foote and Dr. Piskai are certified as Diamond Level Invisalign Providers because of their depth of experience, so your mouth is in safe hands. Invisalign is not right for every orthodontic situation, but if you need an orthodontist anywhere along the Main Line and are interested in Invisalign, make our office your first stop.
Invisalign Teen is a lot like Invisalign for adults. These treatments start with a 3D scanner that makes a mold of the patient’s mouth, and then from that mold, aligners are created. Aligners are worn until the teeth move with minute changes, and then another aligner is worn to correct the teeth even further. This process is repeated with subsequent aligners until the bite is corrected. Invisalign appeals to many teens because it circumvents traditional braces, but it does mean added responsibility for the teen. Our experience has shown that teens can be fully invested in their treatment and handle this responsibility with success. As your trusted orthodontist in Bryn Mawr and Wayne, PA, we can help your teen decide if Invisalign will work for them.
Even with new innovations like Invisalign, traditional braces are still alive and well — because they work. Whether you’re dealing with crooked teeth or overcrowding, braces may be an easy way for you to perfect that smile and also improve your overall oral health. A bad bite, crooked teeth, or other orthodontic problems can potentially lead to other oral or health problems down the road. Braces are a tried and true form of orthodontic treatment that can help get the job done, and Dr. Foote and Dr. Piskai have years of experience with traditional metal and ceramic braces.
Early treatment is an orthodontic treatment that deals with children between the ages of 7-10. Early treatment can help minimize problems or reduce oral pain and often helps cut down on the treatment that will be needed during the teen years. The best way to determine if early orthodontic treatment can help your child is to schedule a complimentary consultation and meet with one of the orthodontists at our office.
We are happy to serve patients from anywhere along the Main Line, including the following areas: Ardmore, Bryn Mawr, Wayne, Narbeth, Wynnewood, Bala Cynwyd, Haverford, Havertown, Gladwyne, Rosemont, Villanova, Devon, Berwyn, Malvern, Newtown Square, Merion, Strafford, Penn Valley, Radnor, St. Davids, King of Prussia, Paoli, and Philadelphia.
